I do my best work when I can connect and integrate all departments around a shared goal. On large, complicated set builds, I focus on making sure the work is approached in the right way, in the right sequence, and that everyone is working from the same final, agreed-upon design - no detail is too small to ignore.

I am comfortable drawing to communicate these ideas. SketchUp is fast for this so that’s what I use.

I also enjoy using technology to make that coordination more efficient. I have developed my own application to help manage schedules, information and communication across departments, and I regularly use drones to document and communicate progress. When needed, I can also use 3D scanning to capture existing conditions and support planning, design and coordination.
